TESTIMONIALS

What our Clients are saying

I found Lauren after attending one of her free webinars, and honestly, I leaned into trusting my gut. Her energy, her organization, her background as a teacher — something about her just clicked for me. I was at a crossroads with a big group program idea that felt exciting but completely overwhelming, and I knew I needed support to move forward.

I almost didn't sign up. The investment in Signature Program Design was the most I'd ever spent on a group coaching experience, and as someone actively trying to grow her income, that felt like a scary leap. But Lauren offered a tier that included 1:1 sessions, and that sold me.

Here's what I didn't expect: I'm an introvert who doesn't naturally love group experiences — which is ironic, since I joined SPD to build one! But I attended the calls, learned from the content and the coaching, and found the sessions genuinely supportive. When an early experience in the group left me questioning whether there was a values mismatch, I brought my concerns directly to Lauren. The way she handled it gave me more confidence in her, not less. That's the kind of leader I want to be.

The best thing about working with Lauren, though, has been the 1:1 sessions and personal feedback. She's generous with her time, a great listener, and she encourages real exploration — not just the tactical business stuff, but also, work around your money archetypes and your actual strengths and challenges. She's also just a genuinely good person, and fun to work with!

As for results: Well, spoiler alert -- I didn't execute the original big program. And in hindsight, that was the right call for me. But one question Lauren posed on a call — "What could you talk about all day long without even thinking about it?" — shifted everything. Within five weeks, I had designed, marketed, and launched an entirely new small group program, The Rhythm Reset, for women navigating exhaustion, hormonal imbalances, and digestive issues. My first group just wrapped, and the feedback has been incredible!

I'd recommend SPD to someone who has worked with clients but doesn't yet know how to build a program from start to finish. Lauren's approach is genuinely comprehensive — structured and step-by-step, but also holistic in a way that surprised me (we breathe, we journal, we go deeper than spreadsheets and modules). If you're someone who needs a lot of hand-holding through a proven framework, you'll love it. If you're more experienced, the real value may come from the 1:1 work and from Lauren herself.

The biggest non-tangible I'm walking away with? More trust in my own instincts, and more confidence in my vision for my practice. Sometimes the program you thought you were building isn't the one you were meant to build at that moment — and having the right person in your corner when that happens makes all the difference.

- Stephanie Thompson, Registered Dietitian

I initially signed up for Signature Program Design because I had a pull and knowing that I wanted to create a bigger ripple of impact through my work. As a therapist, I deeply love supporting kids through my 1:1 practice, but I also knew that I didn’t want it to stop there, and I could only do so much on my own. I figured if I could share what I was learning and doing with others, then I could move beyond supporting only the students on my caseload and help create change in many more classrooms and communities.

I had already been part of business programs that helped me learn how to market and launch a group offer, which was incredibly helpful as a therapist stepping into the very unfamiliar world of business. But after pivoting niches and experiencing back to back “flopped” launches, I realized the structure of my original program no longer worked for my new audience.

So when I began redesigning and rethinking my program, I didn’t just want an offer that sounded good on the outside. I knew I wanted to create something that genuinely delivered on its promise. Something that intentionally reflected how I wanted to support people. Something that was structured to help my members experience meaningful progress and transformation without being firehosed with information. Something that matched the energy I had to deliver to my members. And something that carried my own signature.

That was what drew me to Lauren and Signature Program Design. Lauren blends her experience as a business owner with her experience as an educator, which is a perfect fit. She doesn’t just tell you what to teach, she shows you how to do it. She directly demonstrates how to create a whole learning experience that supports people to move forward through clear structured steps, deeper coaching, and achieving meaningful milestones.

I almost didn’t sign up because I was worried about the time commitment of joining another program. But in reality, the guidance, structure, and accountability were exactly what I needed.

One of my favourite parts of the program has been the ongoing support. There are so many ways to receive thoughtful, personalized feedback, ask questions, and have your content directly reviewed. And then layer in the incredible community support as an added benefit. Entrepreneurship has a way of leaving you feeling isolating and lonely at times, but inside SPD, I have felt genuinely held and encouraged by all members of the program, especially during the more vulnerable moments of trying something new. It’s been incredible to learn from other business owners at different stages of their business growth, with each person sharing their unique insights, experience, and voice.

Most recently, I had the largest number of people register for a webinar leading to the launch of my new signature program. With over 700 people registered, it was the most eyes I have ever had on my work! It was incredible to see all the pieces come together and to know that so many people were hearing my message and beginning to create their own ripples of change. That launch also resulted in the highest number of members I have ever welcomed into one of my programs.

And I’m still figuring it out. Some days, it definitely feels like I’m right in the “messy middle.” But having the support of this program and community gives me the encouragement, structure, fresh ideas, and inspiration I need to keep moving forward. As one of my autistic clients likes to remind me: “Full steam ahead!”

I would absolutely recommend Signature Program Design to someone who wants to create more than a course filled with content. It is for the business owner who wants to build a thoughtful, impactful program that feels aligned with who they are and truly supports the people they are here to serve.

"I had a group coaching program in the past, but I felt like I needed more information, more help. ...

I needed nurturing, hand holding, someone who listens to me, who understand what I'm going through. ...

Lauren's been such a gift to me. She kept me going when I was going to throw the whole thing away.

I started my program 2 weeks ago... and hit my goal!" (Of 17 members)

- Lori Wyman, Casting Director,

“Initially, I achieved amazing results for my clients but I was personally involved in every step and struggled to articulate the process.

We created a clear, efficient and fluid process to improve client success and ensure support was available where needed, without me always doing it all.

We not only improved clients‘ results but also increased sales by being able to confidently articulate our approach. Plus, now I only work when my kids are at school."

- Nicole Cruz, Registered Dietician

When we started, Ali had multiple programs (she's an ideas person!) and wanted to scale.

We narrowed it down to one program, Rise Girl: an fitness and empowerment program for young girls. We streamlined the curriculum and her delivery process so that teachers across the country could run the program in their schools.

Now she's in 7 states and growing every year!

- Ali Hively, Teacher, Life and Health Coach

"I had a very vague sense of my offer... My program was lacking structure and cohesive shape.

She helped me create a strategy and a structure. I have a system which creates confidence in me and a more magnetic and attractive offer."

- Angel Reney, Life Coach

How is this program different than other business programs you've taken?

The personalization you get. It works as a group program, but Lauren's attention to detail makes it feel very personalized. It also helps that she offers 1:1 sessions as well, so you can dive deeper into what you need assistance with.

What would you say to anyone thinking about joining but who is afraid to take the leap?

DO IT! You will not regret it, and you'll be able to get closer to your launch than if you decide to skip it.

- Wendy Harvey, Life Coach

"When I began working with Lauren, I was overwhelmed - overflowing with ideas but unsure of the right direction to take or how best to deliver my programs. I was at a pivotal point in my 60s, craving clarity and alignment as I stepped into a new chapter. Lauren helped me get clear, not just on the vision, but on what truly felt aligned. She guided me to reconnect with my intentions and purpose, helping me craft a unique strategy and pathway forward to launch an offering that feels deeply authentic and alive. She doesn’t just coach & mentor- Lauren holds space in the realm of possibility. She sees you, your gifts, your essence, and helps you settle into the seat of your soul work. From that grounded place, she shines a light on what’s possible and helps you walk the path forward with clarity and confidence. Working with her was a turning point ! I’m so grateful."

"Signature Program Design taught me step-by-step how to structure my course to achieve effective results for my clients. Although I was initially hesitant due to scheduling conflicts, the replays allowed me to progress at my own pace. Lauren's teaching style and support were exceptional. The personal support through 1:1 coaching calls and program reviews truly set this program apart. The feedback I received elevated my work significantly. Lauren is creative, skilled, encouraging, and so kind and authentic. She doesn't just focus on program creation and marketing, she also coaches on the soft skills needed to implement a program and work with groups, addressing even the smallest details that make a big impact."

"Working with Lauren has been a total game-changer for me and my business. The combination of her lesson content and coaching has been key in helping me refine my messaging, upgrade my course content, and launch my program for the first time. Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable about running a business, and I rely on her guidance and support in the coaching calls and Telegram group. I also appreciate how she blends that expertise with mindset coaching and emotional support that helps me stay motivated and grounded when things feel tough. I have loved being in Signature Program Design. Being a “solopreneur” can feel lonely at times, and the connections and support from Lauren and the other business owners in the program have been so helpful and important to me at this stage of my business.

Why did you choose to sign up for Signature Program Design or Pilot Program Design?

I was ready to launch my group coaching program and wanted a simple, clear path with accountability/support to get it done.

Why did you almost not sign up?

Because I have done other programs to help me launch my group program, but I still hadn't yet I second-guessed if it would really help me OR more so, if I was ready to do the work :)

What did you like most about the program?

That it was short and to the point with one focus: create and launch a program.

The best thing about working with Lauren was...

Having someone there to ask questions and getting feedback on my work, plus she’s very nice. I felt like she was also working the system she teaches.

What are the tangible results you achieved from SPD or PPD?

Program launched in 1 month, 6 people in pilot launch and I knew how to turn it into my signature program with open enrollment immediately following the launch.

What are the non-tangible results you achieved from SPD or PPD? Definitely feeling more confident in launching and running a group coaching program where my members feel supported and have what they need to get results.

"I wanted to move from supporting clients 1:1 to actually implementing a group coaching program.

Developing and structuring my mini milestones has provided a new understanding of my client journey through the program. I was able to articulate what was circulating in my mind.I am walking away with a group coaching program and a better understanding of how to support my clients. And I feel confident in my process and results!

I am also more confident in the selling of my group coaching program."

Why did you choose to sign up for Signature Program Design or Pilot Program Design?

At the time, I was looking for support in putting together my program. The name Signature Program Design sounded exactly right. The ad talked about creating group programs in the context of Signature Program Design, which was precisely what I was looking for.

Why did you almost not sign up?

The decision happened much faster than I normally make important decisions. I usually take more time. However, my one-on-one conversations with Lauren allowed me to get to know her a little better, and learning about the bonuses included with the program made the decision clear.

What did you like most about the program?

I'm still in the program. What I appreciate most is the order and clarity it brings, helping me organize and streamline my thinking as I build my program.

The best thing about working with Lauren is...

The combination of her natural capacity for structure, deep attunement, and the rare ability to identify the heart of a problem with remarkable precision.

What are the tangible results you achieved from SPD or PPD?

I haven't completed the program yet, but I've already experienced tangible results. For months, my newsletter wasn't generating any responses. After reviewing it with Lauren and implementing her suggestions, I received two replies from clients. It's a small but encouraging start.

What are the non-tangible results you achieved from SPD or PPD?

As I transition from more than 20 years of running a brick-and-mortar business to building an online business, just a few months in Lauren's SPD program have helped me uncover blind spots I didn't know I had.

Would you recommend SPD or PPD to a friend? Why?

Yes. It is an environment where I have watched real transformation happen. People achieve meaningful goals and build the businesses they envisioned.

If there is anything in addition to what you have shared above that you would like to craft as a testimonial, please share it below.

I believe Lauren embodies the Teacher archetype at its best. Her program delivers truly unique value.

I have participated in many community-based trainings, yet the combination of high-quality teaching with an intimate coaching environment - where everyone receives meaningful attention, contributes, and feels genuinely supported - stands out as exceptional and surpasses many other programs in my experience.

I tried doing a group program in the past, but I struggled to get consistent results and clearly communicate the transformation I was bringing my clients through. So I went back to only 1:1 work, but I reached a point in my business again where I felt stretched too thin. When I did 1:1 work, I found that my clients would ask similar questions and the quality of my answers would vary depending on the day. I knew that I wanted a core way to offer that expertise, but I doubted my ability to put together a "curriculum" since I didn't have a background in education necessarily.

When I found Lauren, her warm and practical approach was a relief to me. I knew that she could help me, and I experienced large shifts even in the first few modules. Seeing how she structured and organized her program gave me so many ideas about what was possible for me to create. I realized with her help just how much content I was capable of creating, but she guided me in focusing my signature program until I had captured the heart of it. Once I was focused and aligned, it became so much easier to talk about my program and create strategic systems to bring people in.

Whenever I got stuck along the way, Lauren showed me how I could simplify and get moving again. She and the other group members taught me the value of testing and refining the content and strategy over time so I didn't get stuck trying to make it PERFECT before I could move forward. By the time I finished outlining my content and creating my program, I already had 13 people on my waitlist because I'd been able to communicate the program clearly and build excitement even while I was making it. I look forward to launching this version and continuing to come back for Lauren's expertise in the future."
